Installation Guide

Installing the NoFloods BoxWall involves carefully positioning and assembling the modular units to ensure reliable and effective flood protection.

How to install the BoxWall Barrier

Each barrier weighs between 3-13 kg approximately, allowing for easy positioning of the barriers. The locking mechanism is easy and intuitive, allowing for rapid installation. After installation, always inspect the barrier thoroughly to ensure that each module is properly.

01.

Barrier positioning

Each NoFloods BoxWall barrier features a receiver on the bottom right and a connecting tab on the bottom left. It also has a connecting tab on the top left and a receiver on the top right. While the locking mechanisms may vary by model, the assembly process is straightforward and consistent.
02.

Connection of units

Place the first BoxWall module where you want to start the barrier. Then connect the following units by tipping the next barrier at an angle to insert the bottom connecting tab into the receiver. Set the panel down and press the connecting tab into the receiver.
03.

Connecting and Locking

Continue connecting the BoxWall modules until you have reached the desired barrier length and configuration. The NoFloods BoxWall locking mechanisms provide built-in flexibility, allowing for slight adjustments even with straight sections. Depending on the model, the barrier can accommodate approximately 3 degrees of flexibility in either direction, ensuring sections can be easily adjusted as needed. For turns above 3 degrees, we recommend using the inward and outward corner modules.
04.

Disassembly

To disassemble the NoFloods BoxWall, start at the end unit. Simply lift and tip each unit to loosen it from the next. The units can then be easily stacked and stored.
